1. General Policy
All purchases and course enrolments made through Skillslab are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another course or individual.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to it fully.
2. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive full access to the selected course or training materials as per your chosen plan. Access may include online learning content, downloadable materials, live classes, or certification resources depending on the course structure.
Since complete or partial access to course content is granted immediately after payment, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will be considered only in the rare event of:
- Duplicate payment made for the same course due to a technical error.
- Payment made but course access not granted due to payment failure.
In such cases, users must contact our support team within 7 working days of the transaction with proof of payment. Upon verification, the refund will be processed through the same payment method within 7–10 business days.
No refunds will be processed for issues arising from:
- Change of mind after enrolment
- Incomplete participation in the course
- Failure to meet technical requirements or attend sessions
- User’s inability to continue due to personal reasons
4. Payment Gateway
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Skillslab does not store or have access to your full payment details. For any technical payment-related disputes, Razorpay’s standard dispute resolution process will apply.
